President Trump’s first ex-wife, Ivana Trump, is planning a memoir that chronicles the lives of their 3 children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric. In ‘Raising Trump; Ivana looks back on her children’s lives, and the things she taught them as she was raising them. According to USA Today:
“Ivana Trump is writing a story of “motherhood, strength and resilience” and also will reflect on her “childhood in communist Czechoslovakia, her escape from the regime and relocation to New York, her whirlwind romance, and her great success as a businesswoman.”
While the Trump children have been thrown into the spotlight due to their father’s election as the 45th president, Ivana believes their characteristics of loyalty, honesty, integrity, and drive are things she can take credit.
Ivana and now-President Trump were married in 1977 and then divorced in 1996. ‘Raising Trump’ is not expected to be critical of the president and ‘non political’. In fact, Ivana even joked that she should be appointed as ambassador to the Czech Republic.
Raising Trump by Ivana Trump is set to be released September 12.
